All prices on our site are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), and will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.

All orders are being sent with DPD from our distribution centre in Warrington.

Depending on where you have your order sent to it may take up to 7 days for delivery.

Shipping is currently only available to addresses with a UK postcode.

A signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods.  If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be returned to the depot (unless you have other arrangements in place with DPD); after which DPD will attempt a redelivery the following day.

We charge a flat rate of £6.90 for any purchase to be shipped to addresses with a UK postcode.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can track your order.  If you would like a copy of the tracking number, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@sheridanuk.com, with your order number, and we will be happy to email this to you.

returns & exchanges

An item may only be returned (unless defective) within 14 days of receipt.

Unfortunately you cannot return or exchange your online purchases at a Sheridan store or concession.

If you wish to return your purchases, please use the return form and return label that have been included with your delivery.  Before returning your purchase please call us on 01925 214900 to ensure that we can process your request in a prompt manner.

All product returns are at the customer's expense unless the product is faulty in which case Sheridan will cover the costs of return.

All items should be returned in their original packaging (including the cardboard folded between the products).

We will issue a refund or credit as soon as your return has been received and processed. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment.
